Flow and Pressure Logging
Flow and pressure logging is one of the key factors to establish what a water network might need to perform at its peak and if the Network is preforming according to its design.
By logging a flow one can see the following to mention just a few:
- MNF (Minimum Night Flows)
- Peak and Off Peak Demand
- Flow Profile Date and Time Stamped for any period according to client specification.
By logging the pressure one can see the following to mention just a few:
- High/Low Pressure’s.
- Pressure sustainability during High Demand
- Pressure profile Date and Time Stamped for any period according to client specification.
Analyze example
In the logging report you will see two of the latestflowandpressurelogging results which clearly shows the before and after results in managing a network correctly.

Flow Logging Before –Water loss in-between two points.

Pressure Logging Before –Erratic pressures resulting in pipe bursts.

Flow Logging After –Leaks repaired, resulting in water saving.

Pressure Logging After –Pressure reducing valve installed, keeping pressures constant.
